The location of this hotel is perfect for shopping enthusiasts, as it is central to Orchard Street District and within walking distance of multiple shopping centers. it is close to everything you might need during your stay.

The breakfast area can get crowded, especially during bad weather conditions.

The apartment had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer which was so handy. The bed was comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main shopping area and public transportation.

The spa in the pool area could use some maintenance, as one of our kids cut their toe on a broken tile. It would also be nice if the hotel had a small store on-site to buy necessities and snacks.

Kids love the pool. Close distance to shopping area. Service is courteous and speedy. Environment is good. Breakfast quality and variety can improve. a great choice for my next visit.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and modern. We loved having a washer/dryer in the kitchen. The complimentary breakfast had daily variety. The swimming pool was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was a short walk from shopping and the supermarket.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the spacious and spotless two bedroom apartment was just what we needed for our family. the exclusive amenities such as the Jacuzzi and sun loungers by the outdoor swimming pool made our stay luxurious and relaxing. the restaurant had an extensive menu and the food was simply delicious. the service was impeccable and the staff made us feel at home. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city's main attractions. the private facilities were outstanding and exceeded our expectations.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of leisure/TV room in the apartment. this was compensated by the sun terrace, which allowed for a beautiful view of the city.

During our recent stay at Treetops, we were blown away by the really good service and facilities. The spacious and comfortable apartments were cleaned daily and came with lovely unexpected touches like free poolside towels and bottled water. We were also impressed by the complimentary bus service provided by the hotel. The location was perfect, and the friendly restaurant and cleaning staff made our experience even better. Breakfast, although catering mainly to Chinese and Malay guests, was still good with options like coffee, toast, juices. we highly recommend Treetops for an excellent and value-for-money stay.

Staying at this hotel was an outstanding experience! the luxurious amenities met and exceeded my expectations. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were pristine, and the sun terrace with sun loungers was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the garden area. the leisure/TV room was unique, and the room was sleek and modern with exclusive advantages, like a private facilities, that added to my comfort. the restaurant was top-notch in terms of service and food quality, while the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind with a drink or two.

There was just one minor issue I had staying at this hotel. Even with its multiple BBQ facilities, which I loved, the availability of those facilities was somewhat limited.
